World traveling DJ/producer Chuck Wild is a true musical renaissance man. As a producer, his original songs have been featured on TV shows such, as Orange Is The New Black, The Bridge, Entourage, CSI: NY, Ray Donovan, and Keeping Up With The Kardashians to name just a few. His trademark sound has also been featured in commercials for Smirnoff, Bacardi, Budweiser, American Express and Urban Decay. As a DJ, he has rocked crowds at renowned clubs festivals, and colleges around the world- from Asia and Europe, to the Caribbean, and throughout North America. He has DJ’d private company party’s for brands such as Red Bull, Neff, and Spotify to name a few. He has held ongoing residencies in NYC (James Hotel, Fat Baby, Beauty Bar, Bembe), Los Angeles (Skybar, Bar Marmont, STK, The Virgil) and Los Vegas (The Delano) as well as providing individually curated soundtracks for corporate clients such as MAC Cosmetics, Jose Cuervo, and DreamWorks.
Mr. Wild has built up a substantial web following as well via his popular audio blog www.MixtapeRiot.com, where people around the world are able to hear a fresh selection of new songs and DJ mixes every week. In 2005 he began the monthly Mixtape Riot party which received hype from major press as well as giving him the opportunity to work with prominent Hip Hop & R&B artists such as Santigold, Ghostface Killah, Kid Cudi, Spankrock, and many more. Under the alias Captain Planet, he has toured the globe and released two successful full-length albums for Bastard Jazz Records, as well as a slew of official remixes (R. Kelly, Alice Russell, and Katy B among others).
