Questlove’s insatiable love of music has led him on a worldwide crate-digging journey. He has amassed a vinyl collection of more than 50,000 records that are shelved in a floor to ceiling, climate controlled library room in his studio.

What to do with all those records? DJ, of course! Questlove has rocked parties to sold-out crowds worldwide. With such a diverse collection, he can deliver an eclectic variety of sets. Whether it’s hip-hop, house, 80’s, rare grooves or a mix of everything in between, he commands people to the dance floor to get loose and get down.

Previous DJ appearances include the Winter Music Conference in Miami, South by South West Festival in Austin, Art Basel in Miami, Southport DJ Weekender, NBA All-Star Parties, Super Bowl, New York, London, and Miami Fashion Weeks, Sundance Film Festival, The Grammy’s, Oscars, and gigs all over America, Europe, Australia and Japan—with a residency every Thursday at Brooklyn Bowl, for his widely popular Soul Train Party.

He has DJ’d private events for brands such as Red Bull, Verizon, Nike, Grey Goose, Budweiser, Delta, ESPN, and for Networks such as NBC, Netflix, and Fox, for magazines such as NY Magazine, Rolling Stone, GQ and Refinery 29, as well as high end weddings for celebrities such as Pharrell Williams, Justin Timberlake, and Solange Knowles.

He currently has three top 10 New York Times selling books, a popular radio show QLS on Pandora Radio, and Questlove Foods to occupy his time. The day job he and his band The Roots are the house band for the Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon. No wonder why he is the “hardest working man in showbiz.”

Questlove is the modern day mayor of soul music. No matter what the style, when Questlove gets behind the decks, people dance until the lights come on. And even then, they don’t want to go home.
